Dr. Woodward

A Fletcher, Ohio native, Dr. Tim Woodward came to Tri-County Veterinary Service in June 1986 following graduation from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He became a partner in the business in 1992. His veterinary interests include all aspects of farm animal medicine, especially small ruminants, and small animal orthopedics and surgery.

Dr. Woodward lives near Maplewood with his wife, Cindy. They have two sons, Lucas and Kyle. Dr. Woodward enjoys spending time with family including his two sons, daughter in-law and grandson. He likes working with sheep, attending church activities, following sports teams (especially Reds baseball and OSU football and basketball), and going snow skiing.

Dr. Mack

Dr. Andy Mack was born and raised in Botkins, Ohio. Following graduation from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Mack joined Tri-County Veterinary Service in June of 2007. He enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine, and has a special interest in Dairy and Beef Cattle production, as well as small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Mack currently lives in New Knoxville with his wife, Laura and three children. They have a small beef cow herd, a dog, Chumley and many barn cats. In his spare time, Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking and raising and showing beef cattle.


Dr. Gloyeske

Dr. Ken Gloyeske was raised in Lafayette, Indiana and is a graduate of Purdue University Veterinary School class of 1978. After graduation, Dr. Gloyeske joined Boyer Veterinary Hospital, and in 1982 was a founding member of Tri-County Veterinary Service. Dr. Gloyeske is married to Barbara and they have three children; Kelly, Brian and Marc, and 2 grandchildren. Dr. Gloyeske has an interest in dairy reproduction and small animal medicine and surgery. He has a special affection for cats and small dogs. Dr. Gloyeske currently sees patients in our Sidney office and every other Saturday in our Anna office.


Dr. Wagner

Dr. Amanda Wagner joined Tri-County in June 2013 after graduating from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  Prior to being a Buckeye, she attended The University of Findlay where she obtained a B.S. in Biology.  Dr. Wagner is originally from rural Bluffton, Ohio.

Dr. Wagner enjoys all areas of veterinary medicine and has a special interest in bovine medicine and both small and large animal surgery.  She is the proud owner of two Dalmatians and an aquatic turtle.  In her free time, Dr. Wagner enjoys cycling, kayaking, participating in mud runs, reading and spending time with her family.     

Connie Puckett, Administrative Assistant (Anna Office)

Connie worked 18 years at Ross Aluminum before joining Tri-County Veterinary Service 9 years ago. Connie has always had a love for animals. Her Parents always joked, that if it had fur and four legs Connie would make it her pet.

Growing up she had numerous dogs and cats, and even a chicken, but her favorite pets were her two horses.

Connie’s love for horses led her to volunteer at an equine therapy program for over ten years, and even become a certified teacher. She taught part-time for three years. Connie is married to her husband of 11 years and they have a Bull Mastiff, named Bella. They are currently fostering for the American Bull Mastiff Rescue Service.

Cindy Hughes, Administrative Assistant (Anna Office)

Cindy has been an administrative assistant at Tri-County Veterinary Service since 2000. She enjoys all aspects of her position, especially enjoys the opportunity to play with all the animals that come in. She has 3 cats of her own, Zoey, Casper and Simon. When not at work Cindy enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and three grandchildren.

Derik Bey, Administrative Assistant and Boarding Assistant (Anna Office)

Derik’s work with Tri-County Veterinary Service started when he was just in high school. Initially he worked in the kennel caring for animals while boarding. In 2011 Derik took on additional responsibility working in the front office as well as continuing to work in the kennel. Derik likes his job because he is able to work with animals and see how their lives improved.

He has one dog, named Yogi, that Derik say is a real “Goofball”. Away from work Derik enjoys spending time with his family, walking the dog and playing basketball.

Tammy Luthman, Administrative Assistant (Anna Office)

Tammy has worked as an administrative assistant at Tri-County Veterinary Service since 2006. She lives on a farm outside of Botkins with her husband of 30 years, Greg. She has two daughters and three grandchildren. Tammy enjoys interacting and playing with the animals while at work. When not working she enjoys sewing and spending time with family.

Cindy Geyer, Registered Veterinary Technician “RVT” (Sidney Office)

Cindy has been a veterinary technician for 30 years, most of which have been spent at Tri-County Veterinary Service. She was raised on a dairy farm and has had the opportunity to raise her own kids on one as well. She lives with her husband Rick and their two children Heath and Hannah, both are currently attending college. Cindy has a french bulldog, Jean Claude, and the two of them enjoy running in their spare time.


Emily Meyer RVT (Anna and Sidney Offices)

Emily has been working as a veterinary technician with Tri-County Veterinary Service since 2011. She is a graduate of the Vet Tech Institute in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Emily is from Russia, Ohio and has been around animals her entire life. She grew up working on the family dairy farm and continues to milk cows today. Emily’s passion for working with animals makes a career as a veterinary technician a perfect fit. Emily married her husband, Travis, in June 2013. They have two cats, a Mastiff named Chief and a mutt named Paisley.

Roberta Hart, Registered Veterinary Technician, “RVT” (Anna Office)

Roberta has worked as a Veterinary Technician at Tri-County Veterinary Service since May of 1984. She was born in Ohio, however having a father serving in the Air Force for 20 years led to living in multiple places including; Illinois, Michigan, Florida, Washington and even England. Roberta has a wonderful black lab named Marley and 5 very spoiled barn cats; Sam, Morris, Mandy, Spook and Charlie. When not at work Roberta enjoys reading, cooking, playing with Marley and traveling.


Crystal Schmiesing, Registered Veterinary Technician “RVT”(Anna and Sidney Offices)

Crystal began working at Tri-County Veterinary Services in 2010 as a kennel technician. After graduating Miami-Jacobs Career College in 2014, Crystal changed positions to be one of our Veterinary Technicians. Crystal grew up on a farm, where the family raises Alpacas and chickens. They also have many barn cats and a Great White Pyrenees name Fritz.

Elizabeth Hart, Registered Veterinary Technician "RVT" (Anna Office)

Beth received her Associates of Science in Veterinary Technology from Columbus State University in 2005. She joined the team at Tri-County in 2008, but you will now see her working in the Anna Office on Saturdays.Beth and her husband Gregg have 3 children, Louis, Gabe and Grace. Beth lives on a small mini farm in Fort Loramie with horses, calves, chickens, dogs Boomer and Annie,‚Äč and cat Evie. When not working, Beth enjoys taking the horses on trail rides with her family, watching her boys play baseball and basketball, and spending time with her family

Cindy Woodward, Business Manager (Anna Office)

Cindy transplanted to the area in June 1986, when her husband Tim became an associate veterinarian at Tri-County Veterinary Service. She started with Tri-County in 1999, handling accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. She assumed many of the practice management responsibilities in 2001. Born and raised a farm girl near Bluffton, Ohio, and a graduate of The Ohio State University, Cindy especially enjoys the livestock-related part of the practice and customer service.

Cindy was a 4-H advisor in Shelby County for 24 years, is a church pianist, and accompanies choirs at both Jackson Center and Botkins Local Schools. In her free time she likes reading, sports and spending time with family and loves being a grandma.
