What to Expect

Small Animal

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly customer service representatives. Your pet will be weighed and you will be shown to one of our examination rooms. One of our veterinary technicians will come into the room first to gather a brief history of your pet and take his or her temperature. One of our doctors will then come in to discuss the reason for your visit and perform a complete physical exam on your pet.

If diagnostic tests are required, our in-house laboratory equipment allows results in as little as 20-30 minutes. A treatment plan will be created and any medications will be filled in-house. Our team is prepared to perform a wide variety of both scheduled and emergency surgeries that may be required. Surgeries requiring more advanced techniques or post-operative care may be referred to The Ohio State University. If you have questions while your pet is in our care, we encourage you to ask them at any time.

For patients requiring after-hours emergency care, we are partnered with the
